Whether you’re interested in adding more fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet, welcoming increased energy and vitality to your life, or healing from a chronic illness, this 2.5 hour raw food workshop has a little bit of something for everyone. 

Raw food is not about counting calories, demonizing cooked foods, or getting caught up in dietary trends.  It’s about becoming more conscious about what we’re putting into our bodies, forming a new relationship with food, and reconnecting with the beauty and wonder of Nature. 

Certified Detoxification Specialist, LaShanda Greene, enjoys introducing people to the bright colors and flavors of raw food.  The workshop format combines group discussion and hands-on group preparation of several vegetarian recipes, with the goal of providing you with the confidence to recreate these dishes at home, and the inspiration for integrating more raw foods into your life.
